How to Get a Bigger and Sexy Butt Without Surgery

How to Get a Bigger and Sexy Butt Without Surgery

Having a big butt can often make a woman feel sexier, more feminine and give her a lot more self confidence. It is one of the features of a woman's body that can determine how attractive she is to the opposite sex.

We are all different and cannot be born with movie star looks, we are who we are. But we can do something about it and give mother nature a helping hand. There are things we can do to get bigger buttocks and the firmer, rounder, sexier butt that we crave. I will explain some of the best methods to get bigger buttocks.

Don't just sit there, you will need to put a little effort in if you want that bigger butt. Performing specific exercises that will work the gluteus maximus muscles will give you the firmer butt. There are plenty of pastimes that you could take part in that will help to do this. As a nice side effect they will also help your general fitness levels.

Playing any racquet sports such as squash, tennis or badminton is a perfect example. Because of the amount of movements you will be making during the game the muscle groups in the buttocks get a truly fabulous workout. Maybe you prefer something like roller skates. This could be the perfect time to dust them off and get going. Each and every pushing motion that you do will work the buttock muscles. It will also work the muscles in the thigh area too. If skating is not your thing, try skipping. The best thing about this is that you can do it by yourself, it is straightforward to do and really inexpensive.

For the more adventurous ladies out there dancing is a great activity along with fencing. If you prefer something a little more vigorous you join a kickboxing class. Actually taking part in any activity or sport that requires a lot of movement in the legs, or requires you to jump a lot is going to help you to make your bum bigger.

There are particular exercises that work extremely well on improving the shape of your butt, such as step-ups, squats and lunges. These are great as they require no expensive equipment to begin and can be done in the privacy of your own home at a time to suit your schedule. Regularly performing these buttocks exercises will produce excellent results.

If you carry out these exercises along with one of the other activities listed above you will benefit even more. It is not only about buttocks exercises, eating properly is essential if you want to get a bigger butt. Your diet will help your muscles to strengthen and grow in between your exercise routines, so it is essential if you wish to have a bigger butt. Getting a bigger butt is not just about going to the gym and working the butt muscles. To get a really juicy looking butt you need a controlled amount of fat. Drinking milk is a great way to do this as it is well known to go straight to your buttocks.

Eating plenty of nuts and oily fish are also good. Salmon is an excellent choice. It contains plenty of natural oils and fats that will go straight to your bum giving it the juicier look you want. Having a fish oil supplement will provide you with the same results.

All those expensive skin care products and treatments are not necessary. All you have to do is to find that natural skin whitening-care regimen that works for you -- and then, commit to it. Staying Healthy From the Inside

Do not forget that being healthy must start from the inside. It's not really about how much you eat, It's more about what you eat! A diet consisting of fruits, vegetables and specific animal products which will give you all the anti-oxidants you need will make your skin stay youthful and fairer.

Fresher fruits will give you the Vitamin C that you will need to keep up low levels of melanin in your skin. The amount of melanin you have accounts for your skin's color -- meaning, the less melanin you have the lighter your skin. Fresh food will bring out a more naturally whiter skin because of all the vitamins and minerals they contain as compared to consuming processed and packaged food.

The Four Step Approach

The simpler the skin regimen you keep, the easier it is to stick to! So, with your healthy diet, all you have to do everyday are these four simple steps:

- cleanse

- mask

- exfoliate

- moisturise

And there is no need to worry how much you will be spending on skin care products, because you won't need to buy all those expensive whitening lotions, soaps and creams, you can easily mix up a natural skin whitening mask at home that will make your skin as lighter and as moisturised as any commercial product available.

How to do it:

First, you should always cleanse. Make it a habit to Wash your face to prevent dust, dirt and oil from clogging up your pores. Mild soap will do the trick. Lather and gently rub your face with a soft cloth to exfoliate your skin. The best time to do this is upon waking up in the morning and before going to bed in the evening. You will soon see how much clearer your face will be in just a few weeks.

Natural Face Masks

Possibly unbeknown to you lying around your house are the ingredients you need to make your own natural facial masks! (If not, you could easily add it to your grocery list the next time you go shopping.) Begin by mixing up a tablespoon of honey with a tablespoon of pure lemon juice, then apply it to your face like a mask. Relax your face and keep it on for around 15 minutes before washing it off with warm water. You will notice how much nicer your skin feels afterwards.

Other products you could try include:

- Olive oil

- Milk

- Other citrus fruits (like oranges)

Aloe Vera, cucumber and potatoes will also help your skin stay healthy. Extract of these foods are found to do wonderful things for skin. Potatoes will make your skin whiter with regular use. Just slice up a potato and put it on your face or rub it gently on to your skin, try it and see for yourself.

Try the above recipes and see how these natural solutions will help make your skin whiter without the use of those unnecessary chemicals that are put in the majority of today's creams and lotions. Natural skin whitening does not need to be expensive! Naturally keep your skin lighter and healthier with these cheaper, safer and more effective alternatives. Try them and feel it for yourself.

How to Get Bright Red Hair Without Bleaching

How to Get Bright Red Hair Without Bleaching

If you have naturally dark hair, then most likely the spectrum of hair colors you have explored would be limited to browns, and dark red tones. But it is not your fault that you get stuck with boring colors! Blame the genetic composition of your hair instead, for there is little one can do with naturally dark hair without damaging the hair structure, or is it?

What are your options?

The excuse that one can only get bright colors through bleaching will no longer work because several brand names have formulated hair dyes (both home dye kits and professional hair dyes) specifically meant for dark hair. The L'Oreal Majicontrast line, and Schwarzkopf Brilliance line are some options one could consider getting. Although the range of colors available is still limited as compared to the options for our light-haired counterparts, one can now achieve shocking red, copper and purple tones without ever having to bleach your hair.

When to dye your hair?

After selecting your hair dye, the next step is to plan which day to color your hair. It is essential to leave your hair unwashed for at least 1 day before any coloring process. Shampooing strips your hair of its natural oils, which serves as a barrier between your scalp and the chemicals in the dye, thus making your scalp more susceptible to irritation by the harmful chemicals.

How to prepare your professional hair dye mixture?

If you have purchased a home dye kit, it would normally consist of the dye and a peroxide developer. Follow the instructions that comes with your kit.

If you have opted for a professional hair dye color instead, do note that you will need to purchase the peroxide developer separately. Developers come in different strengths, from 10 Volume (also called 3%) to 40 Volume (12%) peroxide, with 10 Volume being the weakest developer. The strength you should choose depends on two factors, namely the condition of your hair and the desired hair color you want to achieve.

Let's talk about the condition of your hair first. Common sense would tell you that if your hair is already damaged or overly processed from other chemical treatments such as relaxers and perms, then you choose definitely choose a lower strength peroxide developer so as to not further weaken your hair. A 10 or 20

Volume developer would be a safe bet in this case.

Peroxide developers, besides developing the hair dye through an oxidization process, also helps to lighten the existing hair color. Hence if you want a brighter and more dramatic color, then you should go with the highest strength of developer that your hair condition would allow.

Once you have both the developer and hair dye ready, read the instructions on the hair dye for the correct ratio of developer and hair dye to mix. A standard dye normally requires a 1:1 ratio e.g. 75ml of dye mixed with 75ml of developer. However please note that this depends on individual hair dyes and you should always refer to the purchased hair dye for the accurate proportions.

How to apply the hair dye?

Regardless of whether you are using a home dye kit or a professional hair dye, the same rules apply. Always start from the lengths of your hair, avoiding your hair roots. The roots area should be applied last, after all other parts of your hair have been covered. This is because the heat from your scalp would cause the roots to develop quicker than the other parts of your hair.

How long the dye is supposed to sit on your head would once again depend on each individual dye, and thus one should refer to the instructions for the exact time required.

How to maintain red hair?

The color red has the largest molecule among all colors, hence it is also one of the colors that fades out the fastest. It is annoying to spend money and time achieving the perfect shade of red, only to have it fade out in a matter of days or weeks. So here are a couple of tricks to prolong that amazing shade of red.

Firstly, use only shampoos and conditioners meant for colored hair. They are formulated to protect your hair color against UV rays and pollutants. If possible, opt for sulfate-free products as they cleanse the hair without stripping away color.

A great addition to your existing range of hair products would be a shampoo and/or conditioner for red hair.

These products are typically tinted red, with the purpose of depositing color back into the hair shafts during each wash. A self-made substitute for red shampoos and conditioners is possible by purchasing a semi-permanent hair dye in the shade closest to your final hair color, and adding that to a bottle of shampoo/conditioner of your choice. There is no proper ratio required when mixing up your red shampoo and conditioner, so go with your gut feeling on this. Recommended usage of red shampoos and conditioners would be once to twice a week.

Lastly, you should always keep your hair moisturized. Colors do not hold well on dehydrated hair, hence one should indulge in a moisturizing hair treatment regularly. There are many drugstore brands that offers such products at a relatively good price. You can also deep condition your hair by leaving your hair conditioner in for a minimum of 30 minutes, with a shower cap on for better penetration of the product. Other possibilities also include doing hot oil treatments such as coconut or olive oils.

Achieving bright hair colors does require an amount of knowledge and skill in order not to damage your hair.

Hence going to a hair salon in Singapore might be a better option if your budget allows for it. With these Singapore Deals available on Groupon Singapore, you can be certain that you will always find the best prices for your desired beauty treatments.

Top Natural Remedies in no particular order:

Apple Cider Vinegar is very effective in stopping dandruff. Well-known for its distinctively estranged smell, apple cider vinegar work very well. Get Your Nails Done Without The Damage

Get Your Nails Done Without The Damage

There are many things in the course of the evolution of technology that really paint a clear picture at how far we have come. These contrasts help us take a step back and realize in the world's improvement technologically. Below are just a few of those examples.

The Horse and Buggy vs The Modern Day Car The Sword and Shield vs Jet Planes and Tanks Homing Pigeons vs The Cell Phone Candles For Light vs The Light Bulb An Ax vs A Chainsaw

These dramatic contrasts are common and most people understand how far we have come just by simply writing them side by side in comparison. Although these comparisons are interesting in and of themselves I want to compare an advancement in the salon industry. More particularly I want to compare nail services.

For many years women have been getting their nails done only to realize that in fact they are harming their nails. After a few visits to the salon they are stuck because their nails no longer look or feel beautiful naturally. The main reasons are because of the chemicals and products used on the nails to enhance them. These products cause damage leaving the nails unsightly and painful.

Although this has been happening for years, it seems to have taken the industry along to time to remedy the situation. Over 5 years ago a new service began to emerge onto the salon scene. The service was UV manicures. It was a similar service to regular manicures except for a few key elements.

1st: Each layer of product applied, with a nail brush, to the nail was cured in a nail Ultraviolet lamp.

2nd: After each curing treatment the drying time was instant.

3rd: The end result was a thin coating of hard cured gel polish that lasted for much longer than a regular manicure.

Although these three benefits of the new UV manicures were great improvements in the industry they were still causing nail damage on many clients.

Why?

Because the removal process still required long exposure to harsh chemicals and filing. With these damaging effects many women still did not want to submit their nails to such harsh conditions. Manufacturers believed that once these two harsh conditions could be overcome women would overwhelm salons. It became a race to produce the product and service that could meet these demands.

In early 2010 these demands were met for the very first time. Creative Nail Designs launched their brand new product called Shellac. Shellac was a UV Gel/Polish manicure that was easy to put on and easy to take off.

Just weeks after being introduced, CND was already experiencing such a large demand that they could barely keep up. Because CND's product was so successful other companies began making their own super polish.

Now there are multiple brands on the market. Some of the them are Gelish, Gelac, Mani-Q, Red Carpet Manicure, and more. It just goes to show that good business is about making the customer happy. To learn more about Shellac or Gelish please visit these sites.
