Everyone knows that exercise is good for you. Regular exercise makes you feel great physically. It can boost your mood in two ways, first, because of increase circulation to the brain, and second, because you know you are doing something good for you. However, not all exercise can help you rid your body of cellulite. All is not lost, however, there are certain exercises that can reduce the appearance of cellulite.

By utilizing the information gleaned from many discussions with fitness trainers, and from my own experience, I learned that exercise can help with the appearance of cellulite. Since lack of exercise is not key to the formation of cellulite, then exercise has its limits. Exercise reduces the appearance of cellulite because, by exercising, your increased muscle tone helps to tone your skin which covers the cellulite.

If not exercise to get rid of cellulite, then what?

In order to get to the root of the problem, you must understand what caused cellulite and what you can do to get rid of it. That key reason for cellulite build up is, first and foremost, nutrition. A diet, like most of us have, comes from prepared foods. These foods are normally filled with toxic substances that our body really does not need. The wastes from theses toxins settle into the fat layer of the skin and cellulite forms.

Now that you know what really causes cellulite, you can become better able to battle this dreaded condition. Learning what foods to eat and when to eat them is the key to reducing the appearance of cellulite, and the cellulite itself.

My formula for the best way to lose cellulite is as follows:

- 60% nutrition, follow the Cellulite Diet that is certain to deliver the correct nutrition to your skin cells.

- 20% exercise, exercise does not, in itself, rid the body of cellulite, but there are exercises that will reduce the appearance of cellulite, check my article Best Exercise For Cellulite.

This has been my formula for 7 years and each and every client of mine has served to prove this formula correct.
