Quick and Simple Out the Door Beauty Look

Quick and Simple Out the Door Beauty Look

Are you too tired to put on makeup in the morning because you have been up all night? Are you running late and do not have time to put on makeup, but still want to have a finished look? I have a quick and simple solution for you.

Supplies needed:

After practicing a healthy skin care routine, you can easily complete your look with a little enhancer and look fabulous. You can first start with adding mascara.

There are different types of mascara, depending on the look you are trying to achieve. Determine if you want volume, length, and/ or thick eyelashes. You want mascara that is resistant to flakes, clumps, and smudges.

You want a wand that separates the lashes and feels like they are combing the lashes. Discard your mascara after three months to avoid bacteria and to optimize its use. Make sure you have quality mascara that works for you.

Apply mascara to the upper eyelash and then the lower eyelash. Multiple coats can be applied to upper
eyelash. Only use one coat on the lower eyelash so there is no "spider" effect.

Protect and enhance your lips with a quality lip gloss. Lips lose their moisture quicker than your face; therefore, if your lips are not properly cared for, they will easily become chapped and dry. You want your lips to feel moisturized as well as give you a marvelous shine. Also, make sure the lip gloss you are using makes your lips smooth and conditions them.

Apply lip gloss to the top and bottom lips. Rub lips together for even distribution of lip gloss.

Concealer is great to use for concealing imperfections on the face. If you have dark circles, blemishes, and/ or age spots, using a great concealer will hide them. You want a concealer that is lightweight and contributes towards evening out your skin tone. Apply the concealer with your ring finger because it is the weakest finger. By using the weakest finger, it is less likely the concealer will wipe off. Select a concealer that is a shade lighter than your normal foundation color/ skin color.

Apply concealer by using your ring finger. Add a small amount of concealer to areas under the eyes with dark circles, areas with blemishes, and areas where there are age spots. Feather the concealer towards your skin to blend in.

Now you are ready to apply what you have learned. It is quick and easy as well as gives you a confident look.

Are you ready for your quick out the door beauty look? Try it today before dropping your child off to school or leaving to work. Simple and Complicated Root Canals

At first a hole is drilled into the affected tooth so that the inside chamber becomes accessible to the person about to do the root canal therapy. The tissue henceforth is removed. The debris is also cleaned up. Once the process is accomplished, the dentist or endodontist would fit a crown on the particular tooth so that it does not acquire a different look from the rest of the teeth; also, the functionality remains the same. Both the pulp of the tooth and the nerves underlying it are taken out while performing this treatment. The inner area of the tooth undergoes a complete clean up. After that the sealing is applied permanently. It is important not to ignore this treatment once your dentist recommends it. Or else, you stand the risk of infection.

Swellings and sores are highly possible too if this therapy is not taken after it is advised to you. Endodontists are those dentists who have the specialization to do root canals. Endodontic treatment is done with select tools. They use instruments to magnify and enlarge the area that will be undergoing treatment. An endodontist is capable of dealing with complex cases. He can successfully treat patients who have acquired a lot of damage to their teeth by not undergoing treatment at an earlier stage. Most dentists can handle root canal treatments when the patients have not reached an advance stage. However, an endodontist will be the best person to rely on for these matters. When you have got your treatment done, your dentist whom you visit regularly will be able to accomplish the restoration of your tooth.

Now, there are simple as well as complicated root canals. In one sitting, the root canal therapy may be completed - that falls under the category of simple root canal. However, more sessions may be required depending on the severity of the condition. An endodontist is someone, who after having completed his dental degree, undergoes additional years of postgraduate training under an institute that possesses proper accreditation. Hence, he is someone who is knowledgeable about advanced techniques and modes of treatment compared to a dentist. He is a person who has undergone specialized and rigorous training to be able to successfully cure different oral and dental problems. He is usually vastly experienced. He also undertakes the regular dental treatments.

Often, when the case is too complicated, a dentist would refer a patient to an endodontist. This is particularly in case of challenging cases or for the lack of having the necessary tools to do those treatments. Not to mention, experience is also a factor which might propel your dentist to refer you so that your problem is accurately diagnosed and you receive the best treatment.

Almost in every situation related with a root canal problems, it is highly recommended to turn to your family endodontist. In some emergency situations, when the pain is sharp and likely to disturb you interfere with your daily agenda, visiting an emergency dental clinic would be a vise choice. In any case, when dealing with dental issues, it is much better to prevent something from happening than catch up with a results.

7 Simple Steps To Makeup For Aging Skin

Wonder how you can look young again? Facial fillers and Botox aren't the answer to the fountain of youth. Actually, choosing the right makeup and following a few helpful makeup suggestions could be your best means to reverse the aging skin process.

As we get older, our bodies experience many things such as pregnancy, air pollution, sunlight, seasonal changes and stress - All of which may take its toll on you, as well as on your skin (as the signs of aging will show up).

However, you can turn back the hands of time somewhat using the right makeup. By applying the correct makeup techniques, you can successfully hide wrinkles, damage from the sun, age spots, and skillfully highlight your best features. Here's how:

Step #1: Thoroughly Cleanse And Moisturize First

It is essential to thoroughly clean and moisturize your skin first. After you complete that task, apply a thin layer of SPF 15 sunscreen or higher to minimize any additional signs of unnecessary aging.

Let the sunscreen soak into your skin for about 10 - 15 minutes. Next, take a makeup primer and gently apply it all over your face. This is important since the primer fills in the fine lines and wrinkles that result from aging.

Step #2. Conceal Your Skin

Pass over your regular skin toned concealer and opt for a green concealer if you have obvious red marks, blemishes or veins on your face.

Apply a small amount of concealer and work it precisely on the area you're targeting. Be sure to use the index finger to apply it properly. Next, use a concealer that closely matches the tone of your skin to hide any age or liver spots that may be apparent on your face or other obvious places such as your hands, arms, or chest area. Blend well so the spot virtually becomes invisible.

Step #3. Apply Foundation

If you're using a liquid foundation, make sure you thoroughly shake the foundation bottle prior to using it. Use a makeup brush made specifically for foundation or a sponge to accurately apply your foundation.

Dab the foundation all over your face. Be sure you place enough dots on your cheeks, forehead, chin and nose to sufficiently cover your face. Then, use your makeup brush to evenly distribute the foundation on your face.

Step #4: Apply Concealer Designed To "Reflect" Light

At this point, you are ready for a concealer that is designed to reflect light. And the purpose of this step is to help obscure those unsightly under eye bags and any other shadowy circles under each eye bag or circle.

Make sure you gently blend this layer of concealer evenly on your face.

Step #5: Now You Are Ready For A Radiant Glow

Get a hold of a liquid highlighter and follow the lines of your cheekbones as well as the bridge of your nose. Blend it in well to get a younger-looking, dew-covered appearance. The liquid highlighter contains light reflecting elements that make your skin radiantly glow.

Step #6: Use Cream Blush Instead Of Powder

Cream blush works better with aging skin since it hydrates skin better than basic powder blushes do. Also, it won't appear flaky, dry or emphasize your wrinkles.

Apply a small amount to your cheeks while smiling to hit the right spot.

Step #7: Reflective Powder Works Best For Aging Skin

Reflective powder is optimal for aging skin.

Using your brush, apply just a bit of powder evenly on your face. This lets your skin appear even more radiant and glowing in addition to helping you set your foundation.

Additionally, you may want to use a bronzer on your nose, cheekbones and neck.

Do you have dry/oily/combination/acne prone skin? Which type of skincare/makeup products is suitable for your skin condition? What brush should you use to apply your makeup? Find the answer to all these and more at UrbaneWomen and you will be applying makeup like a professional in no time!

Follow These Simple Skin Care Tips To Get Your Beautiful Face

Your skin does not have to look the same or be the same every single day. This is something that we just have to deal with in life but should be taken care of. This article will give you seven ways to simply take care of your skin so you have a glowing complexion, even as you age.

Drinking plenty of water is vital in having a nice complexion. Water is of course what our body thrives on, and it is made up of a lot of water as well. The skin benefits from being properly hydrated. You will look better, your skin will not wrinkle as fast, and you will be benefiting your health in several other ways as well.

Know what do to when you have an acne break out. You should be aware of what is causing your acne and what products you can use to combat the breakout. Some products work better than others and some work better for certain people. It might be a exercise in trial and error and you will want to do some research and experimentation on what will work the best for your skin.

Always keep your skin clean and your pores clean; this is important because the thing that causes acne is clogged pores. You will want to use a good cleanser, but make sure it is not too harsh for your skin. Also, you want to exfoliate as well. If you do not get rid of dead skin cells, this can cause you to clog your pores.

Eat a healthy and balanced diet! The skin is the biggest organ in your body and plays an integral part in getting rid of waste material in the form of sweat and sebum in your body. If you are expelling toxins from the foods you eat and the beverages you drink all of the time you are bound to break out. Your skin will thank you if you just eat whole foods.

Veggies are a good thing to eat to help your skin. They contain vitamins and nutrients that can help your skin and also do not have toxins that your body will have to work to get rid of. This will keep your skin healthy.

Slather some honey on your skin. Studies have shown that some honey will help you maintain a good complexion and it will also condition the skin and help clear your pores.

Try to get the excess oil from your skin through the day and use a good cleanser when you are washing your face and skin. Oil can clog pores and cause an acne breakout. Who wants to deal with having pimples? The answer is simple, no one. Carry around some blotter paper that is designed for removing oil from the surface of the skin. These are easy to use and small enough to carry in your purse or pocket.

Ready For Happy Feet? Here's A Simple Step-By-Step Way To Pamper Yourself!

Summer is in full swing, and that means sandal season is upon us.

The challenge for many of you is; the more you wear, sandals, go barefoot, etc... the more your feet become dry, calloused, even cracked. That used to be me.

And, what's the fun in wearing sandals if you're always wanting to hide your feet?

I tend to be a bit of a foot fanatic. I simply LOVE feet. And, I believe it's super important to take care of them.

For years I got pedicures at a salon. A few years back I got some sort of toenail lift, due to a mild fungus, and decided my salon days were over.

It was time I learned how to give myself a deluxe pedicure. Indeed I did, and here are my tricks, tips and tools for happy and healthy footsies...

Remove your existing polish and let's get started:

1. A tub to soak your footsies. I use a simple plastic one I found at the store.
Fill with a minimum of ½ gallon of warm water.

2. Epsom Salt ½ cup. Dissolve into the warm water.

3. Essential oils (if you want to indulge in aromatherapy) I like to mix Peppermint (1 drop) Lavender (2 drops) and Eucalyptus (3 drops). But use any essential oils you like.
Add essential oils if desired.

SOAK 10-20 minutes

4. Towel. Pat dry your feet, and keep the tub of water near by.

5. Cuticle nippers - Tweezerman Stainless Cuticle Nippers (some people prefer a cuticle stick, and choose not to trim - I trim) Gently push back cuticles. Then trim, as I do, if you wish.

6. Nail clippers - Trim toenails to a length that is comfortable for you. Toe nails should not extend beyond the toe itself.

7. Emery board - Shape nails and smooth any rough edges.

8. Callous remover - Tweezerman Callus Corn Shaver is genius...
Gently remove callouses from your heel and ball of the foot area. Dip your foot in the water, pat dry and repeat to keep skin dry, but supple while moving callouses.

9. Towel - Dry feet thoroughly and dump the tub of water.

10. Basecoat - An adhesive base coat is key in helping nail color properly and lastingly adhere. Orly Bonder Basecoat has a rubberized finished that makes it my absolute favorite base! Apply one coat.

11. Nailcolor of your choice. Apply two coats.

12. Top Coat - My favorite is Barielle UV Glaze Top Coat. A super shiny and color-locking brand is key in preventing chipping and prolonging manicure.
Apply one coat.

13. Quick Dry - I like Revlon Liquid Quick Dry. There are spray versions and brush on quick dry products. Apply one coat.

14. Nail Oil - My finishing touch is always No Lift Nails Cuticle Oil. Apply generously to cuticles and nail bed.

15. Foot Lotion - Cooling Peppermint Foot Lotion from The Body Shop. Once nails have dried, give yourself a relaxing foot massage, and you'll float for days!

You're gonna LOVE the way they look AND feel!

Now call a girlfriend, make a pedi date, get together and chit-chat like only us ladies can... and treat yourselves to the Perfect Pampered Pedicure.

I look forward to hearing how your feet improve, and definitely share your latest nail color favorites!

And, as always, I'm in our corner...

Some Simple Skin Care Tips That Can Help You To Keep Your Skin Healthy

Do you want to improve your complexion? Applying the tips presented in this article should help you get better skin.

Keep your skin as clean as possible. Wash your face twice a day with a soft soap and make sure you dry your skin carefully. Taking one shower a day should be enough for the rest of your body, unless it is a hot day or you have been working out. A good hygiene routine is very important, especially if you tend to get acne. Avoid getting your face dirty during the day: if you do, wash it with lukewarm water and some soap if possible. Use moisturizer on your face and apply some sunscreen if it is sunny outside.

Wear comfortable clothes. If you wear clothes that are too tight, you skin will be irritated. You should also use a quality laundry detergent, and avoid using bleach to clean your clothes, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies. If you get rashes on your skin, switch to a different laundry detergent or buy clothes that are not too tight. You can make your complexion look better by wearing colors that go well with your natural skin tone, your eyes and hair.

If you wear a lot of makeup, consider making changes to your beauty regimen. Makeup can clog your pores and irritate your skin when used everyday, especially if you buy products that do not contain natural ingredients. Try using a small amount of makeup or choosing natural products. Make sure you remove all the makeup at the end of the day. If you have a bad acne breakout or irritated skin, take a break from wearing makeup until your complexion improves.

Your diet can influence the way your skin looks. You should avoid foods that are too rich in sugar, fat and preservatives, especially if you tend to get acne or have oily skin. Choose healthier foods, such as fruits, vegetables, olive oil, fishes and lean meats and nuts. This new diet should help you improve your complexion, but do not hesitate to take a multivitamin supplement for a healthy glow. Stay away from coffee, sodas and cigarettes if possible: these products will make your skin too dry and cause acne breakouts.

Use natural remedies on your skin instead of applying chemicals that might irritate you. Use mud, cucumbers, lemons or honey to create a mask. These masks have different properties: mud will make your skin softer and revitalize your skin cells. Cucumber will hydrate your skin and freshen it while lemons will make it look a little clearer and soften it. A mask of honey will help you get rid of your acne. If you want to use other creams and products, always check the labels and choose products with natural ingredients.

These tips should help you improve your complexion and save money on expensive skin care products. You should start making changes to your skin care and beauty regimen and you will see a difference within a few weeks only.

You can use the same method as above to treat your acne. Visit this website, If you want to learn more about skin treatment and how you can treat your skin properly. In this site, you can see many acne treatment reviews that you can use to keep your skin healthy. Try those tips before you visit your dermatology consultants.

Simple Skin Care Tips That Can Work Effectively

If you are interested in maintaining your skin's youthful beauty, you have definitely found the right article. Having flawless skin with a glowing complexion allows you to both look and feel your best. The information and tips contained in the following paragraphs will help you to fight against wrinkles, lines and age spots. Although aging is a natural part of life, there is no reason to accept having deep, harsh wrinkles that make you feel old and unattractive. Keep reading to learn all you need to know about proper skin care.

When it comes to skin care and preventing premature wrinkles and age spots, the most important rule is that you absolutely must protect your skin from the sun's ultra violet rays. Unprotected sun exposure is one of the things that causes skin to develop wrinkles at an early age and will make your skin appear leathery and unattractive. Wear sunscreen every time you go outdoors, even on cloudy or overcast days. Liberally applying sunscreen will shield your skin from the harmful effects of the sun and help you to avoid developing wrinkles as you age. In addition to limiting your exposure to natural sunlight, please avoid using indoor tanning beds. Tanning beds will dramatically age your skin. If you really like the way you look when tan, consider get a spray on tan. This will give you the look that you desire but will not hurt your skin.

In addition to spending too much time in the sun, another mistake young people make that leads to skin damage and early wrinkles is smoking. Smoking, besides being terrible for your overall health, will dramatically age your skin. To avoid premature wrinkles you must stay away from cigarettes.

Drink plenty of water. Drinking a gallon of water per day will keep your skin properly hydrated and allow you to look your best. Ditch alcohol, soft drinks and coffee and instead drink water. You may be surprised at just how much your skin improves.

Supplement your diet with fish oil capsules. Fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids which are great for your skin's health and elasticity. If you would prefer to get your daily dose of fatty acids from food rather than a supplement, you can eat foods like salmon, tuna and nuts.

Do not forget to use a good moisturizer. Moisturizer cream will help you to keep your skin smooth and will prevent your skin from looking overly dry. Dry skin can be irritating and look very unsightly. Also, if your skin is dry all of the time, you may develop wrinkles earlier than you would like.

Get 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep every night. Your body needs sleep to recover from the stresses of the day. Going without sleep will hurt your overall health and negatively impact your skin. It can be hard to get adequate sleep in today's hectic, high-stress world, but try your best.

The skin care tips in this article will keep your skin healthy and wrinkle free. There is no reason that you can't have great skin.

Visit this website to learn more about skin treatment. In this website, you will see many acne treatment reviews that you can use to keep your skin healthy. Try to use those tips above before you visit your dermatology consultants.

How To Combat Frizzy Hair 10 Simple Tips For a Frizz Free Hair

How To Combat Frizzy Hair 10 Simple Tips For a Frizz Free Hair

Frizzy, flyaway hair can be a really pain at times, and there are a variety of reasons behind it.
One straightforward way to deal with it is to get a shorter cut. Also, for those who have thick hair (which can be one of the reason why you are having frizzy hair), you may want to consider thinning it.

However, if cutting it off isn't an option for you, then these 10 simple tips for de-frizzing your hair may be just what you're looking for to tame the flyaways.

Get a vitamin E capsule and poke a hole in the end. Squeeze the oil out in your hands and rub them together, then work it into your hair to get rid of frizz.

After washing your hair, gently towel dry it then blow it with cool air from your blow-dryer. The cold hair helps the cuticle to lay flat, adding shine and removing frizz.

In a hurry and no time for styling? Rub a tiny dab of hand cream or hair conditioner on your palms, and then run your palms over your hair to smooth down any flyaways. Be careful not to use too much or you'll end up with greasy, flat hair.

Some day when you've got the time, let your hair air-dry on its own so you can see how it looks in its natural state - you might be surprised with what you've got.

Deep conditioning can work wonders on hair that has been fried from over processing. Here's a simple at-home remedy that helps: Mix together equal parts of mayonnaise and olive oil with an egg, and massage the mixture into your hair. Put on a shower cap or wrap it up in a towel, and then let it sit for at least fifteen minutes before shampooing.

Take a spray bottle and make a mixture of your normal conditioner and water. Lightly spritz it onto your hair to help get rid of both tangles and frizz. Play around with mixture to determine what balance of water/conditioner works best on your hair.

Avoid damaging your hair while towel drying; instead of rubbing it, just wrap it up and leave it for 10 minutes or so (you can do your make up while you wait!). Take off the towel and style normally. Rubbing with the towel can damage the cuticle and cause split ends, leading to more frizz.

There are times when your diet or some medications may cause your hair's pH to be out of whack. Correct it by giving your hair a vinegar rinse; mix half a cup of cider vinegar with half a cup of water. Pour it over your hair as a final rinse after shampooing and conditioning (make sure it doesn't get into your eyes).

Make sure you drink plenty of water so that your hair is healthy and hydrated from the inside. Many frizz problems result from dry hair and you can fight that by keeping your whole body hydrated properly.

Do you have very thin, fine hair that causes you to have constant fights with flyaways? Try this trick: leave a little bit of conditioner in your hair instead of rinsing it all out. It will coat the hair shaft, adding weight to your hair and eliminating frizz.

Do you often feel that your hair is too dry, frizzy and unmanageable? Are you worried about excessive hair loss? Visit UrbaneWomen to get our expert's tips and advises on how to combat hair problems and say hello to smooth, luscious locks!

Keeping Hair Nails and Skin Healthy Simple Strategies that Work

Keeping Hair Nails and Skin Healthy Simple Strategies that Work

When it comes to maintaining beauty, our hair, nails, and skin are the top three parts of our body that we tend to focus on most. The most common issues are attempting to maintain the health of all three. Hair can often be unmanageable, thinning, or dry. Nails may become brittle or seem to never grow. The skin on our face can be dry, oily, or have continuous break-outs. Everyone deals with various issues. However, improving all three comes down to some simple, yet effective strategies.

Improving Hair Health

Regardless of your hair issue, I would recommend visiting a high-end salon to have a professional give you advice on correcting any problems you may have. However, if that is out of your price range, no worry. Some easy strategies for hair health can include:

Washing hair every 2 - 3 days. Daily washing strips the scalp of its natural oils. If you have a very oily scalp, washing every other day may help.Invest in higher quality shampoo and conditioner.Try deep conditioning every 6 weeks or so.Have split ends removed every 4 - 6 weeks

Improving Nail Health

The most common problem with nails is that many people find them difficult to grow. This can often be the case if you constantly go to the nail salon to get fake nails. A good idea is to give your nails a break and keep them natural for a period of time. Simple upkeep can give them a break and over a few weeks, you may realize that your nails aren't difficult to grow at all.

Improving Skin Health

Our skin is probably seems to be one of the most difficult things to maintain. The issues can range from extremely dry to extreme acne. In the more extreme cases, seeking the help of a dermatologist may be the answer. For mild to moderate issues, you may consider trying the following:

Do not use regular body soap to wash your faceInvest in a high-quality facial cleanserInvest in a high-quality facial moisturizerWash and moisturize your face at least twice a day

The Health Keys for Hair, Nails, and Skin

The ultimate keys for maintaining good hair, nails, and skin health is by taking care of your overall health through your diet. Often times, we can get caught up in eating the wrong types of food or not eating enough of what our bodies need in terms of nutrition. Getting enough of our daily vitamins/nutrients as well as drinking enough water is essential to the processes our bodies go through on a daily basis.

Certain vitamins can help with the growth of hair, nails, as well as giving skin a healthy glow. You would be surprised at the side-effects of dehydration. Many of us walk around dehydrated because we forget to drink enough water during the day. Remember that improving beauty begins with taking care of your body internally through proper nutrition.
