Beautiful Skin With Skin Care
You can be a beauty all your life if you follow a few ideas. Everyone wants to stay beautiful.
When we look at what we call beauty we think of many things. We need to realize beauty comes from many places.
1) There is the beauty that comes from how we think. It is an inner beauty that works its way out to our appearance.
2) When it comes to outer beauty we can use skin care and nutrition. More about that later.
We can start with skin care. When we do our skin care we are dealing with the largest organ we possess. This organ is with us all our life so we should take care of it. Since our skin is made up of cells we need to treat it on the cell level. That is where our nutrition comes into play.
But first let us discuss skin cells which are a basis for beauty.
When it comes to our cells we need to understand that our DNA is a factor. What we eat tends to show up on our cellular level. Before I venture on let me define the term free radical since you hear that spoken of a lot,
A free radical is an unstable compound. This compound goes about attacking and injuring the structure of the cell. It steals an electron leaving the cell weak. When enough free radicals attack the cell it dies or mutates into something it was not meant to be. On the surface of our skin we start seeing age spots and wrinkles. The elasticity of the skin starts to disappear.
To better understand our skin we need to see the layers.
We have three layers. The top layer called the epidermis is only 20 cells in depth. It is very thin and keeps out the bacteria and chemicals called pollution from entering down beneath and giving you a case of cellulitis.
The next level is known as the dermis. Looking at the dermis we can see a thick layer of cells. We call them fibroblasts. The fibroblast contains the collagen and elastic fiber of the skin. The nutrients are here in the blood vessels which also carry away the waste. The fibroblast also provide an anchor for the hair follicles and the sweat glands along with the oils.
Moving down we see a third layer called the subcutaneous layer. It contains the water and fat cells.
Now about the nutrition as I promised. Since we are talking about beauty and skin care let me also mention supplements..
A balanced diet is important as the blood supply will direct the nutrition to the cells. As you take those multivitamins with vitamin A with Retinol your skin should start to shine. And you will also want to be taking vitamin C for healing. As long as you are taking the multi also take your fruits and vegetables. This is where you will be getting antioxidants.
Let me define antioxidants since they will help fight against free radicals.. When I talk about antioxidants I am referring to molecules with an electron to spare. This electron can replace the electron the free radical is taking away from the cell. It provides the replacement..
Vitamins are only the first step. You will need some sort of skin cleansing plan.
Let me suggest a routine. to keep your skin clean and revitalized.
In the morning start with a glass of water. You need to rehydrate. All night long you have been going on the liquid you had the day before. Today is another day..
Next cleanse your face neck and shoulders with a good bar of something,. Use your finger tips to apply it to your skin. Then take some warm water and rinse it off. Dry your skin by patting dry.
Next you can take your toner and get your skin tingling.
A moisturizer is next. You have to put back the lost liquid dried out by the first two applications.. When it comes to the man you are putting back what was depleted when you shaved.
Have a good breakfast and then go greet the day. Dane Swanson wants you to be healthy and well. Better health through vitamins. Look. See,. Buy. http://www.vitaminspower.com/
